During the first and second year of my PhD, I co-wrote two policy briefs with my PhD advisors Olivier Bargain & Alain Trannoy.
The first one concerns the lowering of transfers related to children for the richest couples in France during the 2012/2015 period. The second one involves a tax break for fiscal households which enter the income tax scheme. This tax break can in some dimensions be compared to the EITC.
Those notes are written in French and are accessible on the website of the "Institut d'Économie Publique (IDEP)".
